A couple of the staff from Jellymedia attended Multiplay’s i-39 over the Easter weekend – a weekend full of gaming and socialising, and far too many energy drinks!

The event took place at Newbury racecourse, with the gaming halls in various grandstands and a small campsite by the racetrack itself.  As well as playing games and meeting friends, there was also the Exhibitors’ Hall where a selection of exhibitors set up stands. There was a wide variety of merchandise to show off, sell, and run competitions for.

Amongst the exhibitors were Nintendo, with the new DSi XL available for people to try out, Ubisoft, who ran a competition around the beta of their real-time strategy game R.U.S.E., and Team Dignitas, who were showing off their skills at a variety of games.  Several hardware vendors were also in attendance with a range of items for sale.  This also included Crucial who ran their dodgeball 5v5 tourney again, the winners of which took away some Ballistix RAM sticks.

The event was a big success again, and we are very much looking forward to returning for i-40 in August.
